How do I pay my rent?
Online via your tenant portal- DoorLoop. Once onboarded, we will email you the link for autopay. It's very simple & takes a few min to set it up. We are also Ok with money order but prefer online ACH; our office is located at 1709 W Spring Valley Rd.
What is included in the rent?
Rent includes the washer/ dryer in your unit. In addition we also require a flat fee of $100 per month for City of Waco water/trash/sewer. We also have a bulk package with Spectrum for cable/internet at all of our complexes. The amount varies by complex. These charges are non-negotiable. You are responsible for your own electricity.
What is the lease term?
Our standard lease term is 13 months. We do not offer short term leasing. We do offer long term leases if needed.
What are your credit requirements?
We require a minimum 550 credit score. This is only required from ONE applicant on a multi-tenant lease and not everyone. Co-signers are required to have a minimum 650 credit score.
Do you accept Section 8 housing assistance?
At this time we do not accept Section 8 or any form of rental assistance.
